Larry Brauner

Who says you can only do online social networking using social networking sites?

For quite a few years Max Steingart has been showing people how to use Instant Messenger to develop new friendships and business contacts online.

Today we have social networking sites available to us, however the real-time aspect of Instant Messaging makes IM a great social networking tool.

I recommend that you visit Max’s site, join his mailing list, and download a copy of his e-book, Make the Internet Your Warm Market.

Some of the key topics Max covers in his book are:

  • “What is your Warm Market and how can the Internet replace it?”
  • Why you want to use Instant Messaging
  • The Member Directory
  • The required steps to making a new friend or gaining a new client
  • Searching for the right people
  • How to start a conversation
  • Internet etiquette and safety

Not only will you learn another way to network, the training you will receive can help you network more effectively using any social networking site.

    Hi Larry,

Yes. It is an effective communication tool to express one’s desire to introduce one’s goods in a more private manner.

I was able to get some of my referrals through IM too.

I could not get through to Max’s site yet. I will try again. :)

Larry, can you please check out my personal website too? Maybe you have something to share, like a sugestion perhaps? :)

I have so much faith in your capabilty in handling internet tasks… You know that I believe in you Larry… God Bless.

    Your friend,
    Beth

There’s another course in my cupboard featuring Max Steingart (called ‘Basic Training’). I bought it from John Milton Fogg when I visited a seminar he co-authored (if that’s the correct word).

Max’ strategies are very effective, powerful, and yet natural. He’s a nice guy and we can learn lots of things from him.

Yahoo! Maps APIs let you easily embed rich and interactive maps into your web and desktop applications using your choice of platform: we provide Flash, Ajax and Map Image APIs.
Yahoo! also provides other APIs you can use to add geographically relevant content to your maps, including Yahoo! Local listings, Traffic and Weather reports, Upcoming events and Flickr Photos. Our APIs support the GeoRSS standard and you can further extend the Maps API functionality to consume any other API.
